Ray brings extensive experience in exploration, engineering, and construction, having worked on some of Canada’s largest resource projects with particular expertise in the silica industry. A registered professional geoscientist in multiple provinces, he holds a B.Sc. in Earth Sciences and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University. Ray also played professional football for two years with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

Bennett has considerable experience in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and treasury for Canadian public companies. He has held diverse leadership roles across the mining and technology sectors, including at Inverite Insights, K92 Mining, South Star Battery, and Aton Resources. He holds Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Professional Accountant designations.

A registered professional geologist with over 15 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry, Adrian began his career as an underground mine geologist and later expanded into exploration projects across Canada and the U.S. He is currently CEO of First Atlantic Nickel Corp., serves on the boards of M3 Metals Corp. and Usha Resources Ltd., and is the founder of Divitiae Resources Ltd. B.Sc. Geology, Simon Fraser University; member of Engineers and Geoscientists BC since 2008.

Aeron has more than a decade of experience in investment management and junior mining. At RBC Wealth Management he currently serves as sole trustee for more than a dozen Indigenous trusts, overseeing over $1.5 billion in assets. He has previously been a director of QIMC (Quebec Innovative Materials Corp.), and CFO and Director of Tarachi Gold Corp. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and is a CFA Charter Holder.

Kyler has over 20 years of experience in the global resource sector, where he has operated, advised, and brought venture capital, private equity, and strategic partners to the table. He has founded and sold several resource-focused businesses across services, extraction, and development. Kyler is currently CEO of the Cronin Group, Executive Chairman and Director of Temas Resources Corp., Chairman of NuE Corp., and Director of Hexa Resources, among other private and public companies.
